Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to the UK mainland only, currently, but are looking to expand this soon. For custom orders to an islands off the UK, please email us. contact@opulentco.co.uk
Yes, we offer free delivery within the mainland UK. For international orders, please contact us for shipping rates and delivery times.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific product. UK deliveries typically take 3-10 business days.
You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@opulentco.co.uk so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 28-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received - unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at contact@opulentco.co.uk to initiate a return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send items back without first requesting a return - unrequested returns won't be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged by normal wear and use
The fastest way to get a replacement is to return your current item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get exactly what you're looking for without delays.
EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return orders for any reason without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase.
