Bought the Ascalon Heritage bench in grey. The service from Russell was excellent throughout. He took the time to look into my questions and requests and answered promptly. You don't normally get this kind of attention to detail from online suppliers. The product was just what I needed. They originally delivered the wrong colour but this was quickly resolved at no extra charge to me.
