At OPULENT Co., you can browse thousands of products from brands and suppliers around the world. Due to this wide range of offerings, our delivery lead times vary depending on the specific product and brand.
To find the estimated delivery time for a particular item, please refer to the delivery information tab on the each product page.
Please note that we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland, and deliveries to the Highlands or other more remote locations can take 10-15 working days on top of the advised lead time. Please contact us before placing an order.

We collaborate with multiple suppliers who deliver items directly to you, ensuring prompt receipt of your orders. As a result, you may receive your items from a courier other than those listed below. Occasionally, the supplier or courier might contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.
Your order will be delivered on a weekday. Sometimes weekend deliver maybe possible, but we will let you know in advance (extra charges may occur) Unless you have already accepted a specific delivery time, it could arrive anytime between 8am and 8pm. For security reasons, a signature will be required upon receipt, as our couriers cannot leave the goods if you are not available at the time of delivery.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will be notified via email with tracking information, provided it is available. If you happen to order multiple items from various brands, please be aware that they may arrive on different days and may be delivered by different courier services. There's no need to worry if your packages do not arrive together; this process is designed to ensure that you receive each of your items as quickly as possible, maximising efficiency and convenience. Thank you for your understanding!
On delivery, please check your product carefully before you sign for them. If you are unable to check the items before the courier leaves, please ensure you sign for the delivery as unchecked. We recommend that you keep your packaging and order confirmation email as this will be needed for any post sales enquiries or returns.
To ensure we provide the best possible service for you and your items, we select our couriers based on the product type ordered and your delivery postcode.

Getting Ready for Dispatch
To ensure there are no issues during delivery, please make sure your new item will fit through all doorways and hallways, up staircases, through garden gates.
Its maybe worth getting out the tape-measure, each product has dimensions provided, so please check back on the product page.
If any adjustments need to be made to get your item into place, please ensure this is done before delivery.
Many our a partner brands delivery to the ground floor room of your choice only.
If your goods require delivery above ground floor, please make us aware at the earliest opportunity as it may result in your a delivery failure and charge. Some of our brands offer 'white glove' 2 personal delivery to any room in the house. We will let you know once your order.
If you are not available to take delivery, some couriers may leave a goods in a safe place or leave a calling card to enable you to rearrange delivery. Please note, that on some occasions, redeliveries and failed deliveries may incur an additional charge.
THE BIG DAY HAS ARRIVED!
ONCE ARRIVED
Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your items before signing for them. If you are unable to check the items before the courier departs, make sure to sign for the delivery as "unchecked." We recommend keeping your packaging and order confirmation email, as these will be necessary for any after-sales inquiries or returns.
Once you have signed for the delivery, we regret that we may not be able to process a return for any damage or faults discovered afterward.
After signing for your delivery, the items become your property, provided they have been paid for in full. We cannot accept any liability for loss, damage, or destruction of items once they have been delivered unless you report them as damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered at that time.
For items requiring assembly, please verify that you have received all the necessary parts, instructions, and information. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and use recommended tools during assembly.
We cannot issue refunds for items that have been incorrectly assembled or damaged during the assembly process.
If you intend to place your items in storage, please ensure you thoroughly check them beforehand.
